Context of the project

Central Lechera Asturiana asked Loop to structure a new category of "homemade desserts" that provides a more profitable source of business for the hospitality sector and that, in addition to differentiating it from the industrial dessert menu, gives its service a sophisticated image. The product must be easy to prepare, with no baking required, and offer a wide range of recipes and formats.
