Julià Grup needed to adopt an omnichannel business model in which the physical and digital channels would coexist with a B2B and B2C focus. Loop helped the furniture and decoration company to create the B2C Kave e-retail model in international franchises.

Challenge

Adaptation of the business model to the consumer's new omnichannel attitude. Showroom & e-retail. Leveraging the experience of the B2B e-platform, create e-retail (B2C), making it coexist with its international franchises.

Solution

Definition of the franchise strategy, exploitation of the market intelligence offered by the online channel to create showrooms adapted to the context, and definition of commercial formats with respect to category exposure.
