Context of the project

Creation of a new business model through the definition of a joint venture between Calidad Pascual and Esteve. The objective was to achieve the correct positioning of a new category of functional nutrition based on solutions for a concrete niche: diabetics. Loop was responsible for the detection of the market niche (diabetics), its sizing, the definition of the business model (joint venture), the structuring of the products and services category, and the development of policies for accessing the channel.

Likewise, we defined a market strategy based on physicians' recommendations and a distribution mix in different channels (modern and specialized distribution).
